Do not use the small cans of Hobby paint from Krylon... I've found the 
stuff to be junk. The regular Krylon in the large cans however works very well.

My recommendation is to lightly mist a couple of coats on the entire bottom 
of the wing with flat black. No need to get a solid black color as at 
altitude you can't tell the diff. Mask off the top of the wing to prevent 
over spray. Careful with the florescent colors as it seems to take a lot of 
paint to get any depth of color but a florescent tail works well for 
visibility when flying across your field of view.

I wouldn't bother with the extra coat of minwax, it's not needed and only 
adds weight.
