Mike, the question "is the list down" is actually a command for the system.
When set to its self awareness mode it takes exactly 67 iterations of this
command for the system to reset. What happens is that Mike has the RCSE EGO
knob set to a minimum threshold and when the post fall below this number, the
system waits for a selectable number of posts inquiring about its health.
when its confidence has been restored about its importance, it resumes normal
activities.
What?! You didn't know that?
