When I put a 35MHz receiver (purchased in UK) in my glider (small hand-launch type) I get all sorts of glitching & bad range. The same model is OK on 72. I have tried several receivers(Futaba & Hitec 555), Xtals, TX modules, etc. all with the same results. The only way I get reasonable rang is if I hang the antenna far away from the carbon tailboom & servo leads. On 72 I actually placed the antenna down the inside of the boom & it worked great! I have tried shielding the servo wire, ferrite beads, Dean's loaded antenna for 35...nothing seems to help. I leave for Europe in early September & am getting desperate.
