Co-channel problems are another issue, though very real. In either
case the result may be the same.
The current frequency control systems at most clubs work but still
depend upon the user to follow the procedures. Giving everyone the
ability to readily change frequency adds another variable the we only
occasionally have to deal with now. I've seen this happen already and
very few at our power club have Spectra modules.
