Chris, Have you ever tried the heat activated Elmer's Carpenters Glue trick. Short explanation: Glue up the sheeting to width, Cut sheeting to exact fit. Mark rib location on sheeting. Depending on thickness of ribs, mask off each place you marked on the sheeting where the ribs go. Make the masked area about a 1/8 of an inch wider than the rib thickness. Also mark any other places the sheeting will contact. Pour some Elmer's in a small disposable cup. With a small brush use the glue to paint the masked areas and the tops of the ribs. Remove the masking tape. Let the glue dry to the touch. While the glue is drying find you Monokote iron and set it for applying Monokote. When glue is dry, align sheeting and starting at the trailing edge heat the areas where the two glued areas mate. Go slowly and don't use to much pressure or you will dent the balsa. I have done several Sagitta 900s and have never had the sheeting come loose. If you have any questions, feel free to call or E-mail me. Rich Richard Dow 6975 Wadsworth Av.
