I simply cut a 1.5 inch circle from a chunk of blank circuit board, drill a
hole in the center and solder in a chunk of brass tube flush on one side and
about 1 inch on the other side. lightly goop a disk of a 3M abrasive pad
to the flat side and cover the other side of the disk with a thin layer of
duct seal from the electrical section of home depot. Stick this thru the bag
from the inside and press the bag surface smoothly to the duct seal.
