I would only add that if you want windy weather performance go with a semi
semetrical section, about 16-18% thick.
All correct assumptions, power to weight ratio, not lift, and long tail
moment with generous tail volume.

Our club Telemaster 40 (Astro cobalt 40 geared, 18 cells) has the stock
wing, which appears to be a flat-bottom Clark Y.  I also tow behind a
quarter-scale Wilga, which has a flat-bottom Clark Y type airfoil.  Another
popular tug is the Piper Cub, again with a Clark Y.  I believe you will find
that the chosen airfoil is not the most important parameter for a good tug.
