[RCSE] Glider turning dynamics ideas

Hi RCSE readers,

I've just put together a document of some ideas on creative ways to get our
gliders efficiently turning in thermals--roll control not involving ailerons
or RES type designs. My hope is to get some feedback and maybe hear about
some interesting prototypes.
