JIm Bacus, and others interested in the Kansas City F3J contest. We will
fly the international rules in effect at the time of the contest, the one
man tow rule was only a proposed suggestion. I am sure that Larry Jolly is
correct, the current rules will not change until 2005. The pro/con
discussion concerning 1 versus 2 man tows has been very interesting to say
the least. Each entrant will need to provide their own tow'ers.
