Just got done with this. Explains how to program the Futaba 8U
transmitters for a typical 6 channel (full-house) glider.

The "tweak" stuff is my own invention to get around the
limitation in the flap->aileron mix that has a maximum mix
value of 100%. I created instructions for dealing with
gliders that have up to 2.8 times as much flap throw as
aileron throw.

Although reasonably descriptive, it's intended to be a
supplement to the Futaba 8U manual you get with the radio set,
not a replacement. Glider trimming instructions are in the
manual and at a few web sites.
