Don't get me to lying.  Remember 28 yrs ago, lot of water under the bridge.
I would guess your save a 30% at the root.  Back then we used pretty
conservative c/g location. The tow hook was tied into the forward ply
formers as I recall, so the c/g would be behind the forward wing wire.  COME
ON GUYS, SOMEONE OUT THERE HAS THE PLANS.
