Tom,

When you email airage, if the email comes from EXACTLY the same address you
subscribed with, then the server puts the email out to the list immediately.

If the sender's address is not on the list of subscribers, then the email
sits in a queue until the moderator manually approves the email.  This step
quite effectively keeps spam off of our list.

In short, if your friend wants to post to the list, he needs to do so from
the same email account he is subsribed on.
