The loss in capacity was recoverable by cycling again at lower current. I had this problem with cells I bought about 1 1/2 years ago, maybe they've changed. What happened was that I was charging at 330mah, and over time, it was only taking one hour to charge them at this rate. Took the pack to the store and they confirmed capacity was 330 to 360mah by cycling them a few times. I then discharged at C/5 and charged at C/10 and after a few cycles they recovered back to near full capacity.
