No Way! HTML is ONE of the languages the internet. It is designed to be
used with web browsers. You know, those sites that start with "http".
Email, which this list is, is (wow, two ises in a row, sounds like Clinton)
plain ascii, basically the first 128 characters unless you are sending spam
from China. The internet also includes FTP which is not html, java which is
not html, some propriatory M$ stuff, PPP, SLIP, Archie, WAIS, and a number
of other means of communication. ASCII is the language used for email, it
is efficient, concise, well documented, and prefered by all but a few that
think they need a page layout language to ask where the next contest is.
