I found the 3R's video useful, but think a video of this sort would be more effective 
with split-screen shots showing the HLG's reaction and the thermal flags' behavior.  
Or a quick cut to an animation showing the flags' and what the plane was doing.  Not a 
complaint, just an observation.

Armed with watching the video, thermal poles and an HLG, I spent a lot of time out in 
a field watching and chucking and developing a "feel" for thermals.

Good resource.  I'll recommend it.
