As I recollect Jim, the Chandelle was a copy of an article in a UK magazine 
by a Scandinavian guy (this happens quite often - especially RCM :-) - I
happened to see it in MAN when I was working in the US for a while (early
-mid  80's) and thought the plane was familiar. I can check the UK plans
books if you're desperate, or no-one comes up with a closer solution
