We used to fly a 'Gentle Lady' comp and the lightest version I saw had
1) replaced the pushrods with pull-pull cables. This save a lot of weight
behind the cg (you should consider doing this mod to at least the rudder, if
not the elevator)
2) moved the servos, rx and battery as far forward as possible. The servos
were in the nose section, rather than under the wing, but it depends on the
size of your equipment (no offence intended!).

Subject: [RCSE] Gentle Lady

I am building my first Gentle Lady and I was wondering how they balance out
on the average. I do not want to have to add nose weight later when I could
extend to nose now if needed.

Thanks for you help!
