A year or so I ago I ordered something fron Karlton. I promptly recieved
it, but it turn out to be the wrong thing. At the time he was in the middle
of shipping managers, so this was understandable. He sent my item to me
second day air (this prob cost $30 or so). He also appologised for the
mistake. The cost of shiping me the item probably cost more than any profit
he would have made on it. I also know that he has donated a lot to many
events. He is truely one of those people that makes this hobby possible and
great. He is how several vendors need to learn to be.
Now if he would only appoint me to Team Multiplex.
