There is no way to get 90 degree flaps on the Organic.  I get about 80 on mine, and I 
wouldn't know that it doesn't 90 any further.

Move the tow hook back after you get your CG right and it'll rotate immediately when 
you release it.  Mine pulls so hard I can stall the winch.
