Hi all,
What with all the negative comments about web vendors circling about
lately, I thought I might bring some attention to the outstanding service I
have received from Joe and Don at DJ Aerotech. Let me just say that the
complaints I hear most concerning other web vendors have been completely
opposite from my experiences with Joe and Don. My Spectre hlg came 2 weeks
EARLY! My Emails are always answered within hours. And, when my roommate
accidentally destroyed my Spectre wing with his backpack full of textbooks,
Joe sent me his wing from last season! They understand the hlg bug! I have
yet to see whether it will make me fly like Joe, though...
I now have a Spectre 120 on the way and continue to fly my Chrysalis
2-meter and Spectre hlg on a very regular basis. I'd like to thank them in
part for my success and subsequent enjoyment of R/C soaring.
