Greetings, I haven't seen anything yet that prohibits the staking of the anchor-person to the ground. As long as there is no solid connection between the line and the stake it should be within the rules? A length of line around the waist of the anchor-person should hold. If that were allowed, would you still be able to "tow" with two people? If you took the third helper from the pilots side for the position of anchor, which is not towing, you could still use two to pull? But, I think the aim is to reduce deaths and the new rule should do that, though it might increase injuries. Lower launch altitudes will make the task tougher.
