Good Bill, you have looked at it closely like I have, but our 
interpretations are a bit different.

Simply put, there is no current rule that limits the number of 
pulleys.  You seem to infer that the intentions of the rule clauses you 
posted above mean to use one pulley.  That might be the case, but again, I 
simply don't see a rule that limits the number of pulley.

I am not going to assume I can only use one pulley until the rules say 
so.  I may even protest to using it at a contest if I have to.  I mentioned 
to you once how multiple pulleys could be used with out too big of guys, 
but I won't discuss that publicly anymore.

Sounds like you guys have a tow method you are comfortable with... stick 
with it I guess...

We all have to cope with this rule change this season in one way or 
another, it is not going to make the life for the CD easy.
