Boy something must be wrong with the Highlander I built for my 9 year old son
to learn with. It is a slug: heavy, unresponsive and doesn't fly well. I think
it is a bad choice after buying and building one. It was no fun to build, I do
like building balsa models and Zagis however.

I learned on a Gentle Lady, while not as durable, sure did fly better and was a
pleasure to build.

My son actually has been doing very well with my Zagi HLG, it responds when he
moves the stick and he almost can't break it. The Zagi is cheaper and performs much
better than a Highlander, easier to build too. It really helps him by practicing
FMS simulator free software, he just needs to figure out wind.
