Marc,

The JR-347 channel assignments are the same, whether you use the ACRO or the
GLID setup. This would change if you wanted to put a seperate servo on each
aileron. The assignments are:

#1 - throttle
#2 - aileron
#3 - elevator
#4 - rudder

After much testing, I think that the MPX IPD receivers are some of the finest
out there, but a little big for your application. I have also tested the FMA
receivers in the lab (Quantum, Magnum, Extreme) and after flying the Extreme 5
at the IHLGF, I must say that it is rock solid, small and light. It weighs in
at 0.4 ounces and range is not even an issue.

You'll like the Hornet. Make sure to get the NiMH pack from Merrill. I chucked
the vacu-formed wheels, bent a slightly shorter, narrower stance landing gear
and put on some Dragonfly type wheels. With the addition of a rudder servo,
gobs of rudder throw, and the CG back a bit more, it will flat spin with a
little bit of coaxing.
