Rick,
    FYI, most contests use "blue sky" rules.  I know most ESL contsts do at
least.  Basiclly that means that the pilot is responsible for avoiding
mid-airs.  Also winch line, retrievers, etc...  Any of which do not earn you
a new flight.  Even for landing.
