And I, on the other hand, had the experience from hell with FedEx ground.
Item was in transit for more than six weeks, never even made it to me, and
then the local terminal shipped it back to the manufacturer as if I had
refused it. Multiple lengthy calls to FedEx never got any resolution.
Apparently they have major issues with some of their terminals, one of which
happened to be the one my package had to go through.
