You're throwing with the wrong hand! I
predict that if you switch to throwing left handed, the pain in your right bicep
will diminish.
Seriously, the only pain I've experienced
flying DLG's is a sore thumb and index finger from grasping the wingtip without
a peg. Once I switched to a throwing peg and wrapped my fingers with tape,
DLG has been painless. You may want to warm up and stretch before you
heave your glider full strength.
