If no one has mentioned it yet, get your self a box of 100 razor blades. Cutting covering dulls blades very quickly, so don't be shy about using them once and throwing them away. It sucks when you are slicing off a piece of excess trailing edge covering, only to have the blade go dull and create a ragged tear half way through. I use 'em once or twice, then trash them.
