Stephen, YNT has been working with FMA Direct and the developer of the Co-Pilot for the last couple of months. We've installed the Co-Pilot on an electric-assist Sailplane and on a Raptor 30 Helicopter. I can tell you 2 things to answer your question...The Co-Pilot DOES work AND it works WELL!!!
We've got a 6-year old flying (and I do mean flying, not just banging sticks) the Sailplane and we've even asked a passer-by to try it...She was flying reasonable circuits without any major difficulty. Is there anything that you'd like to know specifically??? Sheldon YNT uDesign You Need This! Haven't seen any mention of it on this list. Sounds better'n sliced bread for xc, and those who venture their models 'way far away. Any one ever try one? How'd it work? https://www.fmadirect.com/html/2000_detail.htm?item=1476 Regards, -- Stephen Syrotiak Building Service Southern Connecticut RCSE-List facilities provided by Model Airplane News.
