Matt, It is very easy to make the stock Organic hook adjustable. Where you currently have holes drilled for the machine screws just make a slot in the bottom of the fuse. The inner piece of the tow hook is wide enough to carry the loads as is the fuselage bottom. I have been using this method for years with the standard tow hooks that mount in a blind not that is glued in a plywood carrier in the fuse.
