I not sure what's going on. Maybe it's the mild winter. Based on an
observation, I'm ready to predict that the hot locale for R/C soaring this
coming season will be ... Minnesota!! An unprecedented number of aspirant
applications and Level vouchers have come into the LSF from the Gopher State
this month. Could this be R/C soaring's equivalent of that other weather
indicator, Pawxatawny Phil (the groundhog)?
