Michael, See if you can get a "left hand" drill bit. They are not that hard to find (http://www.mytoolstore.com/hanson/hanson.html). You can do a internet search on them. Make sure you run you drill press in reverse. At some point while drilling into the head of the screw, it will probably catch and unwind the screw out. Be ready because you will have to quickly let up on the pressure on the handle. The drill diameter should be approximately the same as the screw diameter.
