Unless you are a newcomer to this exchange, you've undoubtedly seen what has
become known as "Sal Bashing". I never bought a kit from Sal, but recently
purchased a NSP Edge kit from a RCSE member. The kit had a couple of minor
problems. Remember, I was not the original purchaser. When I contacted Sal
by e-mail, he responded promptly (the same day), expressed concern over his
product, was courteous, and made every effort to make it right. He even
wrote back to see how construction was coming along. Say what you will,
bashers, but you don't get service like this every day. I'm giving credit
where credit is due, thanks Sal.
