You can buy replacement switches with washer and nuts from Airtronics. I think you can buy a similar size switch at Radio Shack, with a conventional hex net that is easier to tighten with conventional tools.
Airtronics now sells a 1100 pack that is also available, in stock from Johnny Berlin at R.C. Hanger, phone 1-217-347-5842. Johnny also has 1650 packs for Stylus TX. I am using these.
