This sounds more like it, from what I understand, the insurance premium is
less than $3.00 per person, lets face it, it's not a hich risk event.
Thousands of kids are injured every year playing softball, many with
permanent results.
I would guess that you could count the number of notable RC injuries with
less than 10 fingers.
Maybe they could spend a little less on Muncie improvements and retirement
plans and increase the insurance.
