Just to add a bit more detail: As I was cleaning my desk I happened upon a review of the Starlight 2000 in the Feb/March QFI. According to this, the builder of the Starlight 2000 is Karel Koudelka, of "2K" models in the Czech Republic. He also made the Cassiopea F3J model (not that I know what that is).
