For same day turn around:
Always include return postage IN the package with the servos.
Always include a daytime and nighttime phone, email address and return address.
Do not insure the package (receipt signatures cause delays)
Mark the servos with a piece of masking tape and a number that corresponds to a note stating the service needed if known.
Email VolzServ prior to shipping to give a heads up that they are coming. Do not use the email address to 'chat'.� No repair will be more than 1/2 the cost of the servo (that might mean that some servos won't be fixable-- for instance ocean recoveries).
If not needed back immediately please state so, to allow priority to others.
Only parts will be charged, no labor, HOWEVER a $5 hook up fee is charged for servos recieved with VMS connector cut off.� (It doesn't vold warranty, VolzServ hates soldering wires back together just to test a servo with a broken gear:)
If you have accidently reversed the polarity and smoked the amplifier($15)
Send only the servo, not the adapter wire or its arm or mounting frame.
If you want extra arms, adapter wires or new case, specify.
Your servos will be 'tuned' to optimum performance, regardless of the repair needed.
Each component inspected / tested.
Some servos sent will work perfectly when recieved by VolzServ.� In that case you will be contacted with some suggestions for checking other things.� "X-file" cases will be exchanged, not returned so no worries of a 'lemon'.
Please EMAIL [EMAIL PROTECTED] BEFORE sending...very important. Surprise arrivals will probably not get done same day turn around (might take a week at most).
Yes, you did chose the 'right' servos, and you will get the right service for them!
Sorry, no phone calls, we could be in the middle of 'tuning' YOUR servos! And no VolzServ doesn't sell servos. In an emergency an exchange unit can sometimes be sent to speed things up.
