If it is a straght rod, go to McMaster-Carr

Type in "ejector pin" in the search box to open the catalog page with
item #93772A245, a 10 inch ejector pin for $5.36 USD.  As in my
previous posts on the subject, cut the head off with a rotary tool,
and grind/sand/polish the ends to be slightly rounded.

You'll end up with one heckuva nice wingrod :)
