I came across Dream Catcher quite by accident one day. I was THRILLED to see they carried some of the Airtronics line, so I asked about a crank for an old Adante which had been gathering dust (I had put soooo much mileage on this beast, it deserved a 9th life). Yup they had 'em. The crank I received appeared to come from the same mold as the original :) Not knowing the price at the time, especially with shipping to Canada, and being eager to get one before the last one vanished, I sent them an order and a money order. They contacted me and asked me how many I wanted, and I said as many as I could get for the money I sent, with as many as 4 being plenty, and to keep the change if any. They sent me 4 cranks, and threw in a towhook :) They've since added the crank to the on-line catalog, and it appears that they were very generous with all they sent me given the money I sent them. It couldn't have possibly covered shipping and handling costs either. So I guess you could say I've had nothing but good experience with them. P.S.
