Get some thin ply (1/16 or so) and cut a piece that will fit alongside the servo on the arm side. The idea is to get it big enough to use as a backing plate to spread the load over a greater area of the skin. Use an offset screwdriver or the like (I used a cotter key puller) and very GENTLY pry under the horn, with the load applied to the plywood...try to avoid the edge area of the ply, since that defeats the purpose. It also helps to have a flat bearing surface on the tool where it contacts the ply. The idea is light but steady pressure. It should pop right off.
Others have suggested grabbing the servo with pliers and twisting, but all that got me was destroyed servo cases and they still wouldn't come out.
