Guys (and Girls)
The club inherited a winch, a few years back. It was equippet with Real Balls, a good brake and a very sturdy frame. We used it several years, then the motor gave out.
Till that time, I did not really notice that the drum was on the right hand side. Every other one that I have looked at, the drum is on the left side.
I am now trying to replace the motor, of course the rotation is in the wrong direction.
Can some one out there tell me HOW TO CHANGE THE DIRECTION OF A STANDARD FORD LONG SHAFT, THE 3115 ?????????
