Givens:
 1. A different Rx has the same problem.
 2. Tx works fine with other planes.
 3. Site checked with frequency analyzer.

These items are very helpful. I congratulate you on your approach so far.

Given the above, the most likely cause of the problem is due to the radio
gear's installation specifics in the plane.

Meaning:
 1. Rx antenna location and/or orientation.
 2. Positioning of the other wires in the plane.
 3. Positioning of conducting/shielding materials in the plane.

However, just because the Tx works with other planes does not mean that it
is exactly On Frequency. It's possible that this problem is simply
illustrating a minor tuning mismatch. I encourage you to have your equipment
tuned, Rx & Tx. I know this is very difficult to do. I understand. But, your
flying a really Big, Expensive model! I think your model justifies the
difficulty of sending your Tx/Rx in to a radio shop.

These kinds of problems are most frustrating. I've only experienced a few of
them and, sadly, the only way I know of to solve it is by trial and error. I
know it's very difficult but try anything you can think of to re-create the
problem on the ground.
