I have one of the old and new JR 610ms There problem with the old one was the length of the antenna. It was shortened for micro flying and degraded the range. The length of the new antennas are 36 inches. This I believe is all that was done to fix the problem.
They are not duel conversion. But JRs signal conversion as are the r-700 r-600 etc. I use them in both electric and HLG and fly with other traffic in the area with no problems.
