Thanks for all the information. I do plan on building a fume hood over my CNC but was just wondering if there were any written papers or information on long term effects. I think this was a good thread and it looks like a lot of people got some useful knowledge. The MSDS sheets I saw did not have any info on the melted or burning of the foam, but I will continue to search. I know that everyone needs to be really safe with this material, And everyone should be wearing at LEAST an organic vapor mask. Is there any type of filter that is better? Please be safe, I think that foamcutters are coming into new territory when people are into production and hopefully they arent in their basements while cutting a hundred kits.
