I may not have explained the problem well. Let me try another way.

I have two 3 piece wings in which a pair of Volz Micro Maxx servos are
installed for flaps in the center sections. The Rotary Driver System is
being used, so there are no linkages in the conventional sense, where
different position of clevises on horns would affect movement.That is, the
mechanics are identical.

Using the same receiver, same transmitter, same setup, one pair rotates to
give full down flap. The other pair will rotate to give about 45 degrees.

I copied the setup to another number. Same problem. Fiddling with TRVL ADJ
and Spoi-FLAP mix does not increase the rotation of the servos, although
greater numbers were available.

What could possibly be limiting the motion of the one pair of servos?
