I replaced my Chronus stopwatch buttons with parts from Radio Shack.

Get the Momentary Pushbutton Switches #275-1571, can't remember price but less than $5.

It's been awhile since I did this procedure, but open the watch; you'll see the contacts made by the existing switches.

I think I hollowed out the existing buttons some, drilled a hole in the top of the original buttons and placed the new switches there. Solder to the needed contact points, a dab or two of epoxy to hold in place as needed and your golden.

I did this last year and my watch has performed just fine, (when I set it right <grin>)

While you're in the watch replace the battery at the same time.

Good luck, it seems a bit confusing at first, but forge ahead.
