In response, Dick Williamson pointed to the AMA chartered clubs list on the AMA website as a resource. Jim MacLean wrote me about the Indian River Kontrol Society, a club in the area, and about the Orlando Buzzards soaring club, and Jim offered to help my friend over the phone.
