Why worry about what will happen ?  Just send it back to Horizion Hobbies
and get a new Lith battery installed--and ask them to check the xmtr over
while they have it.  I sent my 388 back last year and got excellent service,
reasonable prices and about a 2-3 week turnaround.  No need to push your
luck.   Jim
