Why worry about what will happen ? Just send it back to Horizion Hobbies and get a new Lith battery installed--and ask them to check the xmtr over while they have it. I sent my 388 back last year and got excellent service, reasonable prices and about a 2-3 week turnaround. No need to push your luck.
