Mark your calendars and update your PDA's, this contest is to be held on June 21 - 22. If you have ever considered traveling to Chicago to go to a classic SOAR club contest, this is the one, you don't want to miss it. This year we will be flying from the same facility and field that we used to host the F3J team selections a couple of years ago in Crystal Lake. It's a great place to fly, and easy to get to. The format is seeded man on man, no skegs on a FAI landing tape, model changing is permitted and you can count on long task times. This contest is also on the OVSS series, and draws the best pilots from across the Midwest.
