Wow! is one way to put it.

You just take the hardware and bottom from the original and add his ends and a couple of other neat and important things.

The ends don't have round cuts outs so your fuse sits 'tighter', and the sides are now notched to clear 90 degree flap movement and no load on flaps while just sitting...but a very cool thing is that he added some 'arms' that plug into the sides when they are positioned all the way down.  These arms let you load one wing panel, or panel without your model having to be tied in.  They extend out ward on an angle to support the heavy side while you go work on the other side.

Tom Broeski is a product designer so he was really in his element when he put this idea to wood.

You can even use the stand to work on BIG scale planes now...because of the arms.

If you have a Super Stand this is worth the money to upgrade. Take a look http://adesigner.com/hobbies/superstand.htm
